Focusing on technological innovation and industrial application in the field of cosmetic raw materials, we aim to create a full chain transformation system of “research and development pilot production”, and establish a comprehensive service model of “raw material innovation formula design efficacy testing”

Beijing LANDIVINE Research Institute is a core R&D institution established by Beijing LANDIVINE Technology Co., Ltd. It focuses on technological innovation and industrial application in the field of cosmetic raw materials, creating a “R&D pilot production” full chain conversion system, and constructing a “raw material innovation formula design efficacy testing” full case service model. The institute has two core R&D platforms: Plant Extraction and Fermentation Engineering Conversion Laboratory and Polymer and Nano Laboratory, with a total construction area of nearly 1000 square meters and a total investment of over 10 million yuan. The Shangjie Youlan Research Institute was officially completed and put into use on March 21, 2025, marking a crucial step for the enterprise in building its technological innovation capabilities.
Two major R&D platforms
Three key R&D focus areas
Industry-Academia-Research Collaboration and Talent Cultivation
Development of new molecular materials
Developing a series of water-soluble, oil soluble, and hair dye products with Anse non transdermal coloring system as the core, applied in the fields of cosmetics, hair dye, and daily chemical products. The safety meets pharmaceutical grade standards. We have reached cooperation intentions with international companies such as Cosfa, Shiseido, Koma, L’Oreal, etc. Starting from 2025, we will gradually launch globally exclusive safe colored polymer colorants, disrupting traditional coloring systems and creating new technological pathways in the fields of product coloring and functional coloring.
Extraction of natural active ingredients from advantageous plants
Using advanced processes such as supercritical extraction and membrane separation, develop plant extracts with anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, and whitening effects. For example, both supercritical extraction and microcapsule technology can increase the permeability of active ingredients by more than 40%, and multiple related achievements have obtained national invention patents.
Technologically advanced modified raw materials
By using liposome encapsulation and super-resolution assembly technology, we can solve the pain points of poor solubility, low stability, and ineffective efficacy of raw materials. Shangjie Youlan Research Institute has successively launched multiple star single products such as double packaging and triple packaging. For example, the main research and development of ceramide liposome supramolecular modification products has exceeded the industry limit in terms of added amount, with a 60% increase in bioavailability and breaking the technological monopoly of foreign products.
1.Jointly establish a cosmetics technology laboratory
Jointly establish the "Cosmetics Technology Joint Laboratory" with multiple platforms such as the Beijing Key Laboratory of Plant Resources Research and Development (provincial and ministerial level), and introduce industry leaders such as Professor Li Li and Associate Professor Yuan Huanxiang.
2.Joint talent cultivation of industry university research cooperation
Establishing a "Industry University Research Joint R&D Base" with Beijing Technology and Business University, cultivating over 20 professional and technical talents annually.
3.Construction of Joint Graduate Training Base
Build a multi platform 'graduate joint training base'. In the next five years, we will focus on building high-quality enterprise entities as provincial, ministerial, and national level laboratories.
4.Research and production of marine algae raw materials
Collaborating with the National Marine Bioreactor Laboratory of East China University of Science and Technology (national level), we have developed and cultivated high-yielding and high-quality algae species, enriching the plant extraction materials derived from marine algae. Currently, we have successfully trial produced extracts of purple algae and are about to officially start production.
