Raw Material Introduction

• Selected from Fengdan peony grown in Tongling, Anhui, with paeonol content of 0.125 mg/mL; it opens a radiance plan through anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and melanin-inhibition pathways.
• TNF-α inhibition rate: 75.78%; DPPH clearance rate: 92.51%; tyrosinase inhibition rate is more than twice that of arbutin.
• After 28 days, skin ITA degree increased by 15.75%, and melanin index decreased by 9.5%.
